EvaluatAI provides a continuous testing and evaluation platform for LLM applications and AI agents. The Service includes tools to create automated test suites, measure performance metrics, and integrate evaluation into your development workflow.

EvaluatAI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

EvaluatAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EvaluatAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect your name and email for account purposes and service-related communications. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvaluatAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
